Senior Project Manager for ERP System Roll-Out (Oracle EBS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the roll-out of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP system within our clients' manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing environments, and will be fluent in both Czech and English.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the Oracle EBS roll-out project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, functional managers, and end-users. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors. Ensure clear roles and responsibilities and effective collaboration.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues as they arise.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets the highest quality standards and adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system by all users.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in managing ERP system roll-outs in manufacturing environments (previous experience with Oracle EBS is not mandatory)
Languages: Fluency in Czech and English is mandatory.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Technical Skills: Understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle EBS, and their application in manufacturing processes.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions.
Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to the project through March 2025.
