Senior IT Project Manager (Insurance Industry)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing insurance projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Czech, capable of leading cross-functional teams, and have excellent communication skills. This role is a freelance contract for a minimum of one year, with a hybrid set-up that includes an on-site presence in either Prague, Brno, or Bratislava location combined with work from home.

Responsibilities

• Leading project in document migration 
• Leading project of implementation of the commission system

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a focus on insurance projects, is a plus.
• Excellent command of both English and Czech languages.
• Strong familiarity with project management software/tools and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
