IT Solutions Architect with Business IT Analysis Expertise

This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate a complex and often ambiguous environment with a blend of technical acumen and business insight. The candidate will be responsible for producing a mix of technical and business descriptions for IT solution integrations, often requiring meticulous attention to detail and time-consuming information sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with systems owners to negotiate over technical details on data sources, conditions to share the data with other systems and the systems integrations.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Develop comprehensive solutions architecture that aligns with the business goals and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
• Provide simple, clear, transparent and very much understandable outputs, ideally diagrams, describing the integration scope and system components relations not only on the necessary technical level, but also on the business level, so anyone from business to development can understand the initiative scope and involved parts.
• Negotiate and guarantee the technical design and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Investigate, challenge and/or follow the given technical design to make sure it gets integrated fully and correctly.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure their solutions meet the organization's technical and business needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and co-workers with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Prepare and deliver technical and business documentation for IT solution integrations using pre-defined Word document templates.
• Source and integrate information for documentation, recognizing that some data may be challenging and time-consuming to obtain.
• Support and motivate project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Guide team members and correct any issues in their information sources, both in written
  form and during online meetings.
• Having a mindset aligned with the project needs based on its benefits and pay respect for
  the constraints.

Qualifications

• Taste for IT and extensive experience working in the Information Technology field.
• Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect and Business IT Analyst in a corporate
  environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, architecture, and development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex
  technical concepts to non-technical co-workers.
• Experience in working within ambiguous and unstructured environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Familiarity with international corporate environments and the challenges they present.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed technical and business documentation to
  not server just to the project needs, but most of that to the people.
